Vibration Plate Therapy
Vibration plate therapy, also known as whole-body vibration therapy, is a form of therapy that involves standing, sitting, or lying on a vibrating platform. The vibration causes the muscles in the body to contract and relax rapidly, which is believed to improve circulation, increase muscle strength and flexibility, and reduce pain and stiffness.

The vibration plates can produce different types of vibration, including vertical vibration, oscillating vibration, and 3D vibration. Depending on the type of vibration used, the therapy can be tailored to target specific areas of the body, such as the legs, back, or core.

Vibration plate therapy can also benefit kids with sensory dysfunction to assist with sensory input for diagnoses like autism, post stroke, touch defensiveness, and difficulty with body awareness.

Vibration plate therapy has been used for a variety of purposes, including rehabilitation after injury or surgery, increasing bone density, improving balance and stability, and enhancing athletic performance.
