  2. Customized Treatment Plan 

    • Tailored exercise protocols based on individual curve types 

    • Education on daily posture and spinal alignment strategies 

  3. Guided Therapeutic Exercises 

    • Supervised sessions with a certified Rigo therapist 

    • Daily home exercises with periodic reassessments 

    • Mirror, band, and wall-bar-based feedback tools 

  4. Ongoing Monitoring & Support 

    • Regular evaluations to track progress 

    • Modification of exercises as needed
