Helping Kids Move with Confidence
One of the best parts of my job is being a bright spot in a child's day. I love helping children grow stronger, develop new skills, and gain the confidence they need to play with their friends, participate with their families, and enjoy being kids.
I enjoy working with children ages 4 and older who are developing strength, coordination, balance, and gross motor skills. Every child has their own goals, and I believe therapy should be tailored to each child and family.

Building Strong Bodies for Everyday Adventures
I work with children who need support with:
-
Gross motor development
-
Strength and endurance
-
Coordination
-
Balance
-
Functional movement
-
Safe mobility
My advanced training includes:
-
Clinical Competency Certificate in Aquatic Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
-
Swim Angelfish
-
Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level I
-
Diaphragmatic Breathing and Postural Control through Mary Massery
These specialized approaches allow me to create individualized treatment plans that help children move more efficiently and confidently in everyday life.
You Know Your Child Best
Many parents worry that their concerns will be dismissed or that their child won't make progress. Some even wonder if they're doing something wrong because their child's gross motor skills don't seem to be where their peers are. I want parents to know that their concerns matter. Every child develops differently, and every family deserves care that's tailored to their unique goals, routines, and needs.

A Place Where Families Feel Heard
During our first visit, I take time to get to know both your child and your family. We'll talk through your concerns, your goals, and what you hope your child will achieve. My goal is to make every family feel seen, heard, and welcome from the very beginning. I want you to know I'm here as a resource and someone you can always turn to with questions along the way.

Watching Kids Get Back to Being Kids
The best kind of progress isn't always measured in milestones. I know therapy is making a difference when children are safer, getting hurt less often, and confidently joining their friends and family in play. Those moments are what make all the hard work worthwhile. Families often tell me their children feel comfortable with me and love coming to therapy because it feels like they're coming to play. They also appreciate the time I spend getting to know their family and understanding what matters most to them.

Your Questions Are Always Welcome
One of the questions I hear most often is, "What can we do at home?" Parents also wonder why their child isn't developing at the same pace as other children. Those are important questions, and I encourage families to ask them. The more we work together, both in therapy and at home, the more opportunities your child has to build strength, confidence, and independence.

A Little About Me
When I'm not in the clinic or pool, you'll usually find me running, bow hunting, fishing, or taking my Alaskan Malamute on long walks. I enjoy being outdoors, and I love helping children discover the confidence to enjoy their own adventures too.

Trust Your Instincts
If you're wondering whether your child could benefit from physical therapy, listen to your gut.
Your concerns are valid. Sometimes all it takes is a conversation to answer your questions and help you determine the best next step for your child.
