What Actually Works for Kids with Cerebral Palsy (CP)?

When your child has CP, it can be hard to know which treatments actually help. The good news is that researchers have done the heavy lifting—studying hundreds of therapies to see which ones really make a difference.

Using something called the Evidence Alert Traffic Light System, therapies rated “Green Light (Go!)” have strong evidence showing they truly work. In other words: “Do it!”

Only about 14% of all studied treatments make the green light list—but those are the ones proven to help kids grow stronger, move better, and live fuller lives.
