Helping Children Build Skills, Confidence, and Independence
Every child deserves to feel confident in who they are and capable in their everyday life. As a pediatric occupational therapist, I love helping children discover their strengths while giving families practical tools that make life at home, school, and in the community a little easier.
I primarily work with school-aged children, especially those with ADHD, executive functioning challenges, sensory processing differences, social skill needs, and fine and visual motor delays. I also provide aquatic therapy and continue to pursue advanced training across many areas of pediatric practice so I can individualize treatment for every child.

Supporting the Whole Family
Parents often come to therapy because they know something doesn't feel quite right, but they're not sure why or what to do next. They may wonder why everyday tasks seem harder for their child, worry they're missing something important, or question whether they're doing enough.
I want families to know they don't have to figure it out alone.
My goal is to help make sense of what you're seeing, highlight your child's strengths, and create a plan that fits your child's unique needs while helping your family feel supported, understood, and hopeful.
Small Wins Become Big Wins
One of my favorite sayings is, "Kids do well if they can." I also believe that small wins create big wins, and every success deserves to be celebrated.
Progress doesn't always come in one dramatic moment. Sometimes it's getting through a morning routine with fewer reminders, using coping strategies independently, becoming more flexible with changes, or feeling more confident at school.
Those everyday victories often have the biggest impact on a family's quality of life.
What to Expect
Your first visit is all about getting to know your child and your family.
We'll spend time talking about your concerns, your child's interests, and what daily life looks like. Through play-based activities and observation, I'll learn how your child interacts with their environment, what comes naturally, and where they may benefit from extra support.
My goal is for your family to leave that first visit feeling heard, supported, and confident that we have a clear path forward together.
A True Partnership
Families often tell me they appreciate feeling seen—not just as parents, but as partners in the therapy process.
I believe the best outcomes happen when children, parents, and therapists work together as one team. I'll provide education, practical strategies, and ongoing support so you feel confident using what we practice during therapy in your everyday routines.
There are no bad questions. Whether you're worried about the future, wondering if your child will eventually catch up, or simply need reassurance, I'm here to listen, provide honest guidance, and help you navigate each step with confidence.
Outside the Clinic
I grew up in the small town of Hazen, North Dakota, where I developed a love for the outdoors and peaceful time in nature.
Today, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, taking walks, playing volleyball, golfing, playing cornhole, and relaxing at the lake. More than anything, I love being with the people who matter most.
Not Sure Whether to Reach Out?
If something doesn't feel quite right, trust your instincts. You know your child better than anyone.
Reaching out doesn't mean you've done something wrong—it simply gives you the opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, and learn what options are available. Sometimes all a family needs is reassurance. Other times, early support can make a tremendous difference.
You don't have to have all the answers before making the call. We'll figure it out together.
