Helping Little Ones Build Confidence Through Movement
The early years are full of exciting milestones, and when your child isn't reaching them as expected, it can be overwhelming. I love partnering with families to help children develop the strength, confidence, and skills they need to explore the world around them.
I primarily work with infants and young children from birth to age five, with special interests in torticollis, plagiocephaly, toe walking, and gross motor delays. I also provide aquatic therapy and bowel and bladder therapy.
Every Child Has Their Own Journey
One of the things I hear most often is that a family has been told their child may never be able to do something. I truly believe every child deserves the opportunity to reach their fullest potential, and no two journeys look the same.
While some milestones may take more time or require extra support, my goal is always to help your child become as independent, active, and confident as possible while celebrating every step forward along the way.

A Team Approach for Your Child
I became a pediatric physical therapist because I love working with children and collaborating with the people who know them best—their families. I also enjoy working closely with our occupational and speech therapists to create a well-rounded plan that supports your child's unique needs.
Parents know their child better than anyone, and I want your thoughts, concerns, and goals to be part of every therapy session.
What Your First Visit Will Look Like
Your first appointment is designed to help everyone feel comfortable. We'll start with a tour of the clinic so you and your child can get familiar with the space. I'll spend time getting to know your child, learning about their interests, and listening carefully to your concerns and goals.
From there, I'll complete an evaluation to understand your child's strengths and areas where therapy can help. Together, we'll create a plan that's individualized, fun, and focused on meaningful progress.
Communication Matters
Families often tell me they appreciate the communication I provide throughout the therapy process. I believe no question is ever a silly question when it comes to your child's health and development.
If I don't know the answer, I'll find it. My goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Celebrating Everyday Progress
Some of the best moments happen when parents tell me:
-
"My child isn't complaining about pain anymore."
-
"They're keeping up better in gym class."
-
"They're participating more in sports and activities they love."
Those everyday victories are what make therapy so rewarding.
Outside the Clinic
I grew up in Fargo and completed both my undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Mary. My husband and I have a young daughter and a Golden Retriever named Kimber.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me golfing, running, traveling, spending time with friends and family, or enjoying a competitive board or card game—especially Pinochle!
Not Sure If Your Child Needs Therapy?
If you're wondering whether therapy is the right next step, I'd encourage you to reach out. We offer free developmental screenings for children under 5½ years old, and if your child is older or you simply have questions, I'm always happy to have a conversation. Sometimes a quick discussion is all it takes to help families feel confident about their next step.
