Helping Children Find Their Voice

I love working in pediatrics because it allows me to take a team-based approach, collaborating closely with children and their families to help each child reach their fullest potential. Whether we're working on speech, language, feeding, or communication, my goal is to help children gain the confidence and skills they need to thrive at home, at school, and in their everyday lives.

I enjoy working with children of all ages, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, articulation disorders, and language delays.

Taking the First Step

The first step is often the hardest, and you're already doing a great job by reaching out.

Whether you're worried about your child's speech, language, or feeding, I'm here to answer your questions and support your family every step of the way. Many families have already tried school services, waited on waitlists, or sought advice from friends and family but are still looking for answers and support.

Every child is unique. Together, we'll create an individualized plan that meets your child where they are and helps them make meaningful progress.

What Your First Visit Will Look Like

Your first visit is all about getting to know your child in a fun, relaxed environment.

We'll play, talk, and complete activities that help me understand your child's strengths and needs while giving you plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Together, we'll create a plan that supports your child's goals and your family's priorities.

Celebrating the Little Moments

Success isn't always one big milestone. Often, it's the everyday moments that mean the most.

It's hearing your child confidently communicate their wants and needs, seeing them try a new food, or celebrating a new word. It's watching your child feel proud of themselves while your family feels less stressed and more confident.

Those little moments are often the biggest wins.

We're a Team

There are no silly questions.

I want parents to feel comfortable sharing their concerns—even if you're worried you're overreacting or wondering if you're doing enough. I believe therapy works best when families are involved, and my goal is for every family to feel supported, encouraged, and confident in their child's progress.

Families often tell me they appreciate that I take the time to listen, celebrate every success, and make therapy fun while keeping parents involved every step of the way.

Outside the Clinic

I'm excited to be back home in Bismarck! When I'm not at Kids In Motion, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, golfing, hanging out with my dogs, and taking advantage of everything our community has to offer.

Trust Your Instincts

If you're wondering whether you should reach out, trust your instincts.

You know your child best, and it never hurts to ask questions. I'd love to help you find answers, create a plan, and support your family every step of the way. Whether your child needs therapy or simply a little extra guidance, we're here to help.
